Company

  • Do I need to publish vacancies immediately?

    • No, all vacancies can be saved as draft

  • I'm interested in a referred candidate: what do I do?

    • you see the name, you check his/her LinkedIn profile and you acknowledge your interest by a tick in the box on the platform. The career owner (and the referrer) is notified and invited to express his/her interest too. Of this action you (and the referrer) are notified. Its' up to the career owner to contact you, but don't hesitate to take the initiative. When you talk to the career owner and/or you set up a live meeting, please do this via 'arrange meeting', so we and the referrer can follow up on the procedure. Afterwards, fill in the results of the meeting.

  • Do I contract the candidate via QuidProJobs?

    • No, QuidProJobs is not a broker, but we can connect you with a partner broker company who can do the contracting.

  • When I hire a temporary EXPERT I receive two invoices then?

    • Yes, one from the EXPERT and one from QuidProJobs

  • What if I want only one invoice?

    • No problem, if you are willing to contract via the partner broker company who will send you one invoice and QuidProX will invoice the broker company

  • Who can see my job postings?

    • By default, your vacancies are posted to all users

    • You can choose to publish a vacancy to selected REFERRERS or you can invite people to become a REFERRER on QPJ

  • Who can see my profile?

    • All users of the platform can view your COMPANY profile, but not your contact details

  • Can my job posting be found via Google or any other search engine?

    • Yes, but only the company name and the function title without details

  • Where can I find the CV of a referred candidate?

    • it is the vision of QPJ that a CV as first impression is limiting. A high level overview on LinkedIn plus a reference sheds a different first light on the candidate. Start from there and ask a CV later.

  • Can I, as company, refer someone and receive a commission?

    • please do. Quite a disruptive notion in the labormarket to refer candidates, who have been through your hiring procedure, to other companies. Strong candidates, who are for some reason not hired by you, will be grateful. Your colleague-recruiters from the other company will even be more pleased! And it is a way to compensate recruiting costs!

Referrers

  • Who can see my profile?

    • Nobody. QPJ is not a public database of candidates or CVs.

  • I see a vacancy that could be interesting for someone I know: what do I do?

    • Call him/her and ask if he/she is interested in the job and if you can recommend him/her. Explain that you'll invite him/her to register on the platform and that he/she should express interest in the job by ticking the box. When this is done, you'll be notified.

  • A trusted contact has viewed the vacancy I've sent him, but has not answered yet. What do I do?

    • Call him. Explain how the platform works or remind him that swift communication is key to closing the loop from vacancy- over referral- to job and also, that your reputation is at stake ... and his too for that matter.

    • Facilitating this whole procedure from inviting a trusted candidate to following up after an interview will earn you higher ratings by both the COMPANY and the EXPERT

  • How does a COMPANY select me for a referral? (functionality to be developed)

    • In your profile you have indicated how well connected you are in certain industries, with certain functions, at a certain level.

    • Every successful referral, even if this does not amount to a contract between COMPANY and EXPERT, gives you more credibility. The more credible you are; the more chances you have to be chosen by COMPANY for referral requests.

  • How can I gain credibility?

    • COMPANY selects you as REFERRER

    • EXPERT accepts your invitation to register on the platform

    • EXPERT accepts your invitation to view a job posting

    • COMPANY indicates that your match between job posting and EXPERT is good

    • Thorough follow up of every procedure on QPJ increases fast feedback

    • COMPANY hires EXPERT you have referred

    • COMPANY and EXPERT have positively rated and reviewed you

    • A growing network of EXPERTS you are REFERRER for

  • How can my reputation be stained?

    • You are not selected by COMPANY for referrals

    • EXPERT does not accept your invitation to register on the Platform

    • COMPANY finds your match between EXPERT and job posting poor (reason must be given)

    • The number of EXPERTS you are REFERRER for is not increasing

    • You misuse the platform for whatever gains

    • You receive poor ratings and reviews from EXPERT and COMPANY

  • When do send an invoice?

    • You don’t, since QuidProX will automatically pay you and email you the invoice in case of a recurrent fee

    • A one-time commission will be automatically paid 30 days after the start day of the referred employee

  • I don’t have a company and cannot send invoices: how does this work?

    • QuidProX will send you an invoice and pay you.

    • A ‘fiche 50’ document is automatically emailed every year for tax purposes

  • I’m an employee. Can I earn on top of my regular income?

    • yes, max. extra earnings per year is €5100. Tax of 10% will be withheld by the platform, as is legally required.

  • How do I know how much I will earn?

    • With the online calculator you can estimate your extra income per referral

    • The dashboard on the platform allows you to keep track of your past and future income

Experts

 

  • I'm recommended by someone I know: what do I do now?

    • You have expressed interest in the job by ticking the box. Your referrer and the hiring manager of the company are notified of this. The company is invited to check your name and LinkedIn profile. When the company is interested in you, you'll be notified.

    • Now, it's up to you to contact the hiring manager and to arrange a meeting. Call or mail and put this info in the system, so QPJ ánd your referrer are kept up to date with the procedure.

  • Can QuidProJobs do the contract negotiations or even the contracting?

    • As it is QuidProJobs’ strategy to connect people and companies through references on a technology driven platform we cannot assist in recruiting activities, though we can advise who to contact for those activities

  • Who do I send my invoice to?

    • Since you are contracted directly by the hiring COMPANY (or it’s subcontracting partners) you send your timesheet and invoice directly to them

  • What if my rate increases during the contract?

    • You inform QuidProJobs and your REFERRER immediately. If you jump to a higher day rate class (see calculator) the fee will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Who can see my profile?

    • Only REFERRERS you are connected to

  • How can my reputation be stained?

    • By not accepting invitation from REFERRER to connect and/or to view a job posting

    • If you receive bad ratings from REFERRER and/or COMPANY

  • Is my day rate or monthly wages known by QuidProJobs or by my referees?

    • no, for reasons of privacy we work only with broad forks and calculate the average (see calculator).

  • Where can I upload my CV?

    • you can’t. QuidProJobs is convinced that a CV as first assessment can be limiting. A reference and a high level overview on LinkedIn creates a first impression that is different than from a CV. Hiring managers are thus inclined to look beyond the CV.
